Risk of Rain Items: Batch I

A friend gifted me a copy of Risk of Rain 2 a while back and the entire time I played I just kept converting all of its random items to dnd in my head on the fly so I figured I might as well just put ‘em to paper. So here’s the first batch with plenty more to come in the future.

Welcome to the Foundry! I’m Sam Johnson. I run the place.
I’ve been playing TTRPGs for over a decade and creating content for them for about half that time. While I primarily make content for 5th Edition Dungeons and Dragons, I hope to expand to other systems in the future. I’m a firm believer in making this hobby a place where all are welcome, supporting smaller creators, and in broadening one’s horizons by trying other RPGs whenever possible. There are thousands of games from talented people of all types that deserve more love, and I hope to shine a light on some hidden gems when I find them.
